This logo looks pretty aptly made but I think it could be simplified. I'm not sure that 2 dogs can do anything that one dog can't.

Also, at reduced size (ie the thumbnail) it's not clear what it is and it's barely legible.

I like how the blue is a different shade that expected for an US flag themed logo.

Overall I think the logo has the right feel. The only thing I would work on is the illustration of the dogs. Right now it feels like traced from an image, not professionally illustrated.
