This isn't working on several levels unfortunately.
First of, you should never use any element which is pixel based, like this picture of what looks like a socket. Logos should always be 100% vector, which gives you much flexibility to increase the logo's size without any loss of quality. Also, why this particular picture? It doesn't give any idea of "powerful AI/space/future/whatever. It's quite the opposite, it's like old tech and looks dirty.
Second, the word mark is barely legible with that font. It's actually quite uncomfortable to even loot at. That # just complicates things even further.
You need to go back to square 1 an rethink the whole process from scratch. Start with some research, some inspiration, a lot of sketching (pen and paper, no computer) and then execution.
