Unfortunately I don't have a lot to say about this. It looks like an older printing using worn out typesetting blocks. Nothing wrong with that.

If you need to stay in the horizontal layout, I might try some retro typography.

Why not make it look like these guys have been in business for a really long time? Maybe lean into the screen printing history a bit with the logo. I'm thinking of Lichtenstein or Mary Corita Kent or something in that vein.
