Sorry, I don't think this works at all. There's some colour difference between the outer and the inner parts of the clock, making it too obious that it was digitally compossed. The tipography doesn't relate and the spacing needs work. Also I would use a matching colour instead of just using brown in everything.
I see potential in this, but it's not there yet. As Chris pointed out, there's a disconnect between image and type. I think the next step is to find a font that relates better to the coffee mug stain.
Also, never use images for logos. Everything should be in vector first and foremost.
I still think the clock hands could be a bit stronger, but I appreciate the effort put into a vector symbol that seriously looks like a photo from a distance. Kudos!
I would still like to see a flat version of the logo in V 2.0, just to see how it translates to a solid shape. Sooner or later, you'll want to have it on hand anyway.
I wouldn't be as tough as my esteemed colleagues. I think there is definitely some potential in this logo. The coffee stain is an all idea but here I think it works.
I agree that the font isn't optimal. I would look for another one which complement the symbol better.

Good luck.
Thank you for your feedback. I will definitly work on a more relatable font. The coffee stain however is a water color brush that I manipulated.
Is it vector?
Also, on your next version, can you show both flat and brushed versions?
Yes it is a vector as I do all of my logos in Illustrator.
Just checking! :)

Thank you. I will definitely transfer to black and white and post
