The site offers online project management, version control, bug/issue tracking and file-sharing services to customers on a subscription basis. These tools facilitate the management and development of software/web-related projects.

i like it but you should try put it on a neutral background. Also i suggest to re arrange the elements, i have a hunch, all in the cloud, text and subtext. just a suggerstion :P

Va bene come logo, Cerca di equilibrare la parte Project con la pare Hut che è più grande (esageratemente più grande) Sarebbe carino vedere l'arco della T frontale con quella della H per rispettare anche la forma della nuvola. La U deve avere tutte è due il latti arcate . Ingrandisci il project nello stesso livello di hut e sarà perfetto :)

This one works better. I agree with hueroth on trying to have all in the cloud, you gotta try it.
