And what is the symbol supposed to represent? Or is it supposed to represent anything?

I'm not understanding the symbol either. It looks like PE EP or P H P. Why does the "E" in the text not match the "E" in the symbol?

It looks like there's a gradient on the font- why?

Why the weird backwards E symbol?

Why the weird capital E on "Eng" and the backwards N?

Why the period after the shortened word? (And why is the word shortened in the first place?)

I'm sorry, but this doesn't work at all. It's not nice on the eyes, it doesn't make sense, it looks like a freshman design students first semester project. Sorry to be so harsh, but I'd start fresh!
