This is not working.

Two symbols is one too many. Either get rid of the key thing or the wing.

I read "ngels". The A is not readable. Substituting a character with a symbol is rarely a good idea.

Don't do the first thing that comes to your mind: wings. Dig deeper. Also, so har to read the 'A'. Colors don't match.

think a little bit more about what virtues , values or characteristics the company wants to proyect to the clients: is it trustworthy, solid, exclusive, expensive, friendly, etc. and then rethink the whole thing, sketch, and search for good fonts.
