Hey guys, this is kinda my first major work. Its a logo for a budding design company but they haven't seen it yet. I don't really have much experience and would love to hear what others think.Thanks!!

I'm sorry, but this logo isn't work for me.
The idea is so average.
The color choice is bad, the symbol is a mess. You don't need the "ine" in the symbol, it is unreadable when it will used in small size.
Forget the color gradient. The kerning is bad.
I suggest you to look around the net for new logo styles (colors, fonts, symbols etc.) and start from the beginning.

that is considered too much color. its a mess now but everybody who can do good logo design was at a point where you are now so dont get discouraged.
