Brief from client
we want to make logo for our new company, Pasific Technology Development.

Ok. Is there any specific reason for that? Because first it changes the way the word is pronounced (paZific) and it kinda looks like a typo. That's the very first thing I thought when I read the wordmark.
The symbol is really cool. It's clever, subtle and memorable. Everything a logo should be.
That being said, I'm not sure the symbol shines as much as it could in this closed environment that is this red circle.
The wordmark is a bit underwhelming, with no clear hierarchy of information. The focus should be on "Pasific", which is what makes the brand unique, while "technology development" should only be a subtext. And then again, it shouldn't be part of the basic version of your logo.

Quick question: is it really "pasific" and not "pacific"?

I love it, except for that red circle, any reason for dousing that?
