The Pumas UNAM fans aka "Rebels" wanted to have a new alternative logo for their soccer team. They wanted something that reflects the real identity of the soccer team Pumas UNAM. They asked for a new and better logo with basis, meaning and originality. They were very excited with the result.

It looks more like a kitten than a puma. The symbol also is way too high in the triangle. It should be visually centered. With a sports team you would usually think more aggressive as the team is fighting for victory. I would keep sketching ideas. Make it growl instead of meow.
I agree with my pal Jon. It looks more like a pictogram of kitten than a logo.
Globally, it doesn't look refined enough. Maybe you are still in the early stages.
I see a guy rising his arms, keep it, it's a good idea. Change everything else.

I agree with the above comments... it's not fierce enough. Make it roar instead of purr!
As Jon pointed out, the head shouldn't be centered in the way you've shown, it needs to come down a bit closer to the bottom.
Also, the drawing itself is a bit sloppy. I can tell you've drawn three circles and tried to connect them, but you've missed the nodes and the circular parts bump out a bit too much. I don't really like the lines coming up toward the eyes; they are far too thick and awkwardly placed close to the eyes.
I wouldn't scrap this altogether but it needs more development. Keep posting new versions as you work, I'm interested to see where you take this.

The concept is alright, but you definitely need a cat that looks more fierce for your purpose, and another color would be a nice addition. Keep the ears so that you can tell it's a puma, but make most of the other shapes sharper; make the whiskers longer and pointed, make the extension of the mouth connected to the eyes pointed instead of rectangular, make the eyes less round and more almond-shaped, move the nose downward to show the longer snout, make the chin into an oval curved upwards instead of a rectangle with rounded edges. Another color would be great, so you might add fangs. And of course, move the cat downward and perhaps increase it size a bit, too. I'll include a really quick alteration based on your design (and I mean quick, so while it's by no means perfect, it'll show you the changes I'm trying to describe).
