Arrows in all directions - are you designing road signs? I don't get the point

I don't like the fonts or colours. I'll ask the same question that I ask everyone. Did you design that font? If not there is no real design to this. If you did well done. get rid of everything in that logo but the 'Rafael" part and it'll look pretty cool. Otherwise you need to design your logo, not just use other peoples designs as your own.

This has DaFont written all over it.

Try to avoid designing a logo, especially for professional purpose, with a typeface from DaFont (or whetever free font site)
