This doesn't work for me. The symbol kinda looks like the Ferrari symbol, I don't know why you have a zebra there, and the tools are just randomly placed. One suggestion could be to have the tools in the middle, and cut away the zebra.

I liked the fonts, though I don't like them together. I suggest you start from scratch and check out how other tattoo shops have their logo.

Yeah, nothing fits together. Each element appears to be its own separate entity. You're also incorporating too many things.

Pick one theme and stick with it. Also be consistent with your color scheme and typography.

I like the "tattooed zebra" idea, but that's pretty much it.

Forget about the the Ferrari thing, is disrupting and bring nothing to the plate, beside a lawsuit =) Remove also the ink guns or make them part of the main symbol, but you can't really have two in one logo.

I would ditch the colors and work in black and white and stylize the zebra.

You could still use the shield but i wouldn't put the tattoo tools on it either. You have too much going on now.
