I am guessing you have to have the crest at the top. My biggest gripe is with the font choice at the bottom. Could you possibly find something else or pull a font from the above two?
Houses don't look like that; that's not how perspective works. Even after stripping this down to just the middle element (removing the ribbon on top and the subtext on the bottom) and removing the bevels and effects, I'm still left with this weird house that allows the viewer to see both sides of the tops of the roof slants at once. The only way that would be possible is if you're looking at the corner of the building, and the corner isn't a 90 degree angle but cut across at a slant. Hopefully I explained that properly...
Probably used a corner house for reference. I recognized it because I have one, but I agree with all the critiques way too much going on here, effects, fonts and all.

Holy Bevels
Way too complicated, too many elements and fonts and these terrible bevel effects look the whole thing looks amateurish.

That's what I was trying to describe at the end of my critique. But I get the feeling the designer didn't have that intent.
