Brief from client
An IT company who does security work for various companies and local government, they generate QT.
This was the approved Logo --- since the company basically generates QT as one of their products i wanted to add this in their logo.

Where is the "T" in the acronym???
I initially did that -- but the approved company name was RDMS so REALTIME is 1 word.
Silly but this 'REALTIME' problem has no relevance to the fact that this logo is messy, crowded, badly executed and not working at all.
There is just to much going on here for it to be an effective logo. Also I would strongly suggest loosing the scanable bar code.
my eyes are bouncing around trying to focus on the design but can't seem to find any. just my opinion, i don't think a QR code should be incorporated as part of the logo.
Nothing works here; the shadow in the symbol, the font, the QR code, and the "REALTIME" in one word.
if this is approved by the client already no point giving tips...sorry
This logo is so creative. i like it.
and recently i found an interesting thing. Barcode Generator(http://www.keepautomation.com/products/net_barcode/barcodes/data_matrix....). you can generate different kinds of barcodes as you wants.
