Maybe this ones are better then the others. but still messy.

with that i don't know how i can help. Momentarily i don't know the brief, what the company wants, what are it's philosophies and have no inspiration for this. I guess you have to figure a design out by yourself.

You can post some information about the brief and maybe i or someone else can help with an idea or concept.

first off try starting with the tag line. Choose something else.. it looks squished.
Also as some designers stated try working on paper and sketch ideas. it helps the designing process. Last but not least try searching terms like talk, send information, communication and such based on the company's values and keywords. It will stimulate your brain to come up with an idea.
