Rebel Photo

Brief from client

My client want something simpliste with a little twist grunge. She is an artist and a photograph. Now im a little bit lost, i I need to orient myself all help is accepted (when it is supposed to be simple, it is never...)

I think I'm on a track, i don't want to use the overused lens of a camera/camera. Lines in the back Represent RP(Card in comment)

hmmmm....i think your starting to go backwards now... this font is harder to read than your last one and the orange lines running behind it are just making it even harder to read, also without you saying that the orange lines are meant to represent a R and a P no one would know. I dont get the wooden floor background of your business card mock up either.. how does it represent photography??

It represent dirt, the photograph take picture in industrial basement, where there is a lot of graffitis, some dark places, she doesn't take picture of babies and wedding... the lines its ok if they are not readable (maybe they are a little bit too bold) and for the font I know I haven't find one yet that i'm happy with it.

Interesting pairing of straight geometric lines with rough fast handwriting. Not something you see often, I kind of like this.

I agree with M@. This is not going anywhere.

Keep things simple. Not to be confused with simplistic. I don't get those lines. For me they just complicate things and put the whole logo off balance. There's no real base line hence it'll be very unpractical depending the context your logo will be used in.

As m@ pointed out, the font is barely readable and it's not really grunge. Here's a quick google search for "grunge logos" http://tinyurl.com/llgm3dq

As you can see, there are some pretty good one and some bad ones. But I don't think a script font is way to go here.

Good luck!
