I will only comment on the logo. This is not working, I'm sorry to say. To many things going on, too many duplicated clip arts, complicated to read. And that feeling that I've seen this logo a billion times for the same kind of organisation.

The idea is good, but it needs work. It's very busy in a way that's not really pleasing to the eye. The bottom text should also not be upside down. You want a logo to be easily read and absorbed by the viewer/customer, and for the important parts to stand out.
