Honestly, I see a third deer facing straight on also (must be Rudolf, cause the red window would be his nose!).
I quite like this! Simple but interesting. Good job!

Sorry, I'm not a fan of this one.

Before seing a window, I saw either a gravestone or the Pope's hat.

I see what you tried to do, but to me it feels forced.

I'm sure there's a simpler to associate the concepts of deer and real estate.

this doesn't work for me at all. too many elements - the deer and house aren't working together. the drastically different line weights doesn't help either.

and with the lowercase font and simplistic drawings, it has more of a kids company feel rather than someone I'd want to contact if I was serious about selling or buying a home.
