I read "integrate".

Watchout the kerning.

With the subtext on the far right, the whole thing is uneven.

The 2 fonts don't really compliment each other.

I also only read "integrate". But I like the "rE" symbol. Keep working on this, there may be something there. The color scheme seems to be all over the place. You might try staying within the same hue.
