I like the logo, but it didn't even connect at first that the "RePASS" part went with it. I see that you tried to incorporate the film strip underneath, but it's not enough to tie it together. I really like the CMYK colors going on in the logo, but the fonts aren't quite working, "Re" should be a bit bigger, and I don't think the workmark should be so big next to the logo. Nice idea though. :)
