Agreed, very nice solution and also I love the Arabic font -Though for me to be nit-picky I may ask for it to be 2-3px smaller so it all fits in a little better- Overall though good job!

to me it looks like an istock vector with some text. there are countless similar graphics everywhere. a logo should be more unique, should carry some idea, should be able to remember.
