Good job!

Sorting the elements a bit different

1) remove By
2) Increase the size of Mai Roo-Li (120%)
3) Move Mai-Roo-Li to the top
4) Move the rest of the elements proportionally to the bottom
5) Add a connection from o to r in Sciss(or)s to get a well differentiated o (in the current design, it can be read as an e too)

*The space between Mai Roo-Li and the inner top of the circle is the same of the first S against its closest space with the inner circle.

This is just another option, just to be considered. Hope this helps.
