Hello, I'm a student media from the Netherlands. I would like to have feedback on my personal logo.
Core values: creative, accurate, reliable, happy

That is lovely "R"- but you really don't need the watercolor art inside it- not for a logo. A good logo should function on light and dark backgrounds, and in single color- so it can be used in any application that comes along. That graphic inside the letter won't do that for you.
Keep the logo simple- one to two colors max. Make it work all the ways I mentioned above. THEN- you can use the watercolor graphics to spice up the LOGO for say an Ad, or a poster, etc.
(Same thing on the circle version- It should function without the graphic element first!)
I agree with Joy. The visual inside the R isn't a great idea as it makes the character hard to identify straight away. It just complicates things.
