I think the ROOTER text is great (although it does need a bit of tweaking on the kerning)
TECH is weak and the robot arm is weird.
I would put TECH in the same font as ROOTER. Keep it in green and place to the right of ROOTER or justify left under ROOTER. Omit the robot arm holding the leaf/water drop.
Then you may want to add a little more detail (as you have done with the OO's). If TECH is underneath, maybe it can connect with the OO's somehow.
I see what you mean by weird for the robot arm, I was going for more of a arm/wrench looking symbol. But if does come across as a robot arm.
I have a different version, I'll be uploading it tomorrow.
I like the concept, but I agree with alexi, the two word should use the same font, the different color is enough to make them apart. As for the wrench symbol, try and keep is symmetrical, that should fix it.
