I'm not feeling the slanted text. Also, the text treatment is nice and "pops," but I feel it doesn't embody the target company well enough. This feels like it's geared more for a Youtube personality than a restaurant, if that makes sense. I would do some more research on competitors of this product. The flame is a bit generic, too, but if done right it could work. Again, this goes back to the theme and feel of the logo, not just the content. Maybe a rustic or "grilled" look.
