instead of being able to feel the "building"-ness of the logo, I feel divided and spread out.
also, using two totally different typography really throw me off.
I like the initial idea, tho.

I'm not fan. The staggered squares make the whole thing look flimsy, which is the contrary of what you tried to do I guess.

The font for the subtext looks really cheap, as in free font from the pit of hell (aka Windows font =)

I think cutting up the text with those squares is a very weak concept, not worth to try. The fonts are not the nicest either and they also don't go together.
