I like the whole "really bad cartoon sketch look" but it kinda looks a lil to bad. I would try to clean this up, or just start over. You have to many things going on, make it more simple.

Could be fun but you're not quiet there yet. Ditch the horrible round background and redo the typo.

It's way too tight, let it breeze.
