Brief from client 

Client is a Famous Jewellery manufacturer.
Brief provided was that the new logo should signify the client as a universal destination for jewellery.
They also wanted to empesis on their rich heritage as quality jewellery manufacturer

The crown is normally worn by Kings and emperor. Hence to talk about legacy we used the crown.
It is also a symbol of a leader. Crown is normally made of gold studded with precious stones. Hence its relation to Jewellery.

I like this version the royal blue is sweet. good work.
but i am torn between this one and your previous logo, try that with this color sheme
