Brief from client
Just to create something Christmas themed.
This was for a local Sears store. I didn't want to go overboard with the Christmas theme so I tried to keep it simple. Also, I couldn't alter the text since it is there logo.

This is the wrong site for that kind of thing, since the sears logo is already branded.
I like the lights hanging off of the Sears logo but I would make Hometown Store the same width as Sears and lose the plug. The plug is a clever idea but I think it looks a little forced because the size of the plug in relation to the bulbs is way off and it has to stick out so far to reach. I'd also check out their brand standards, I'm guessing Hometown Store should be a little bit lower to give Sears some breathing room.
