Brief from client
fresh, modern, not too official, pyramid shape, layers, steps

Company dealing with software for fields (cloud based, interaction between acompany managing external workers like plumbers, engineers, electricians).
I wanted to express interaciton between the dispatcher and service worker (like a swoosh), and different companies (represent 3 swooshes). The manadotires was the pyramid and stripes.
The client picked this version, now I am getting the shape right, colours, font...
Somebody made a comment that it looks like an air company logo with the colour and swooshes, so maybe I will consider different font, as it might have an official look.

This my favorite.
I red thumbed the symbol, not that it is bad, on the contrary, but I think it needs some more tweaking and that there's room for improvement.
To be more precise, I'm not of fan of how the curbs are looking. It's just a matter of few adjustments.
Anyway, good work!
Thank you so much!
I tried to make the shape smoother. The changes are not too obvious, but I hopefully its an improvement. :)
I agree with the above post. The only thing that I would add to that is the kerning could use some adjustments. I like your font selection but there are a few awkward areas. The space between the 'P' and the 'y' in Pyramid is rather close. The same goes for the 'r' and the 'v' in Service. Now that I'm looking more closely, I also think the text should match the color of the dark gray in the icon, it seems like it is just slightly off. I think this is close, just needs a little more fine tuning.
Thank you for helpful comment. In the uploaded new versions the spacing should be better. Also matched the colours :)
I enjoyed watching the evolution of this logo. I think you're almost there. But I have to agree with Shawali about the symbol. It's good enough but a bit generic. I don't quite know how you could make it better, but maybe the negative space needs a bit more... purpose? It looks a bit random right now. Also the curve at the base of the bottom swoosh, I feel it should be either more exaggerated or not there at all.
:) Nice, thank you...
That s good to hear. Tried to make the negative space better and aslo tweaked the lower swoosh a bit more. The other direction (not exaggarating or looping the shape) didnt do it any good. The first suggestion helped. So, in uploaded versions it should be better.
