I like the shape and idea behind the design element on the top, not sure about the coloration or placement. It really shouldn't be in the center- maybe in front of the "S"? The typography really doesn't work. The angles on the S, L, and T are just distracting and poorly done. The kerning and alignment on the bottom row of lettering is not good either.

It bugs me that the text is so low and wide but then the symbol is super tall- but the fonts work.
