I have the DBA in my county and surrounding areas. There is a MR. SIGN near us too in Pasadena, Texas :-)

Fonts don't match and colors are to saturated.

The spattering of snow only brings noise.

Replace the font for something that doesn't look like GEICO/GoW

Not good, it looks dirty and unprofessional.
Your logo needs to inspire quality, good craftsmanship and reliability and I don't see anything like that here.
