Still bad sorry. Even worse. You didn't change anything, beside adding the company name in an atrocious font, and smaller than what is supposed to be the subtext, which has still not been corrected.

So many problems here.

-The fonts aren't a good match, neither one of them work here and they certainly don't look good together. (A stencil and a serifed font!? Why!?)

-I have no idea what the company name is here. "We Care Your Dreams"? Is that the name of the company? "SIIL"? Bad bad bad.

-In reference to what you have as the main type here: We Care Your Dreams- that's not a sentence. It's not a string of words that in any way makes sense... Is it supposed to be "We care FOR your dreams?" or "We CARRY your dreams"? How it is now makes no sense.

-A white block if totally blocking off the lower part of "your". How did that escape your attention?

-The symbol. The symbol leaves a LOT to be desired. I could go into detail about what I don't like about it, but instead I'll just say: I think you should go in another direction. Start over.

To sum up, start over. This is bad. (Maybe take a look at a few logo websites- like "what to do, what not to do" type sites.

In addition to what swahili and sara have said, there is not much to salvage here. Try something new.
