It would be helpful to have a better understanding of what the business is about. Why does it need a Phoenix?

The phoenix looks mighty fine, but the font work isn't. I think your composition can be problematic, as the text as to adapt to the space between the two wings. It just complicates things needlessly. The uneasy placement of the subtext is proof of that.

That being said, Cooperads is right, a bit more info about the client would help giving you a more in-depth feedback.
