Brown & Black don't typically work together in my opinion. Try a dark brown and light brown to tan combo.

I don't like the font that sironas either, try finding something more complimentary to investment, LLC

I like this better than the castle idea so I wont comment on those.

And... I don't think chess figure clipart is a good choice for this.
Typography has potential for a creation of a nice word mark but that will require a lot of work.

work on the symbol...more simple

The idea of a chess piece (any piece) is overdone, besides the fact that the icon here looks cartoon-ish.

The strokes of the letters go from wide stems to very thin shoulders.

The colors make almost no contrast and the text of the tagline is too small

Different of the other version, this have one solid idea and one good symbol, but, if needs more work on. The typography here continues bad, you maybe have to try more options, and about the colors, i don't like, and you can better.

symbol it's not original but ..nice choice. try to find another combination of colors.
