This is far from legible. I read DICA. The cutout in the K just complicates things. Keep sketching ideas before you touch your computer. Good luck.

Looking at your brief, you nailed the 'no tagline' part.

All I can add to what Jon said is, google 'clothing label logo' or something similar and research this. What kind of clothes do they make? Who does it appeal to? etc...

Would like to see what you come up with!

Call me crazy, but if it wasn't wasn't for that overlapping thing in the K, this logo could be pretty rad. Fill up that white space right in the middle. Doesn't say or bring anything relevant.

This could make a pretty cool ambigram.
