1st concept for a startup company in app developent, please leave hints&tips
slash app development got their name from one of the most used symbols in scripting and programming around all languages. this logo is my 1st concept for the startup company

Nice idea, but I would go with one single slash all across than two. I think it'll gain in readability.
The subtext is way too small and unreadable. I would remove it altogether or put it below the word mark.
you mean it's overall a little too much displaced from eachother? subtext thing is right, not sure about the / at the end either, any ideas on that?

A little too displaced. U should try one cut trought the whole logo.
And I agree that the subtitle is way too small and should stay under the logo. Good Idea!.. Also I shouldn't use dark grey with black. A dark green or dark blue should make it more attractive! :) Fix those things and I think it will be a good logo!
note the second posted version. changed the idea a little bit bij taking the slash and putting it in the A, slicing the type from there, lower it and added the subtext to that created space.
colour is just so that i'm not yet distracted by colors
