Brief from client
The tree is stock that has not been purchased yet, so you will see the watermark. We are in the early stages of this creation. The client wants to look Successful and portray that they are successful in creating marketing, designs, and marketing designs.
Wondering of the tree should be larger since it symbolizes growth, which is what the client wants to portray as well.

I like tree concept to represent grow, succesful..
The symbol you have at the moment a bit too complex, maybe its because its colours. Try using solid colours, and change the typo to serif play with kernings.
I just feel script font doesn't work, remove the line as well.
loose that gradient line. it makes the whole thing stink.

The tree is very detailed and the embellishments on "successful" conflict with that detail. If you could incorporate the two, it might seem more cohesive. The marketing designs type seems a bit edgy for the flowing tree and type. The colors are okay, but are a bit drab.
In a small size you will lost the tree details.
Like the idea. The trees needs to be simplified more. The script font can be a BOLD serif font to establish strength in its growth. I like the colors, very earthy. thus LIFE.
