Moreover, the silhouette which scissors have is used as the motif.

The circles made me think of MasterCard right off the bat. If you remove them and enlarge your subtext you might be on the way to a nice word mark but I really feel you need a different symbol.

As much as I'd like to have a poster from Japan, this is nothing more than another spam attempt. The link leads to some BS site.
