Brief from client
This is a practice brief froma client who is a charity doing a campaign to raise money for clean water called splash your cash.
They were keen on having a badge style logo.

Is it necessary to repeat "water"?
Your water droplets need refining, but they look like they are shooting out of a lint roller right now- I'm guessing that is not what your were going for! So the whole thing needs refining.
Sorry, but this looks rushed and done straight on the computer with little research.

looks like a roll of toilet paper stuck on a giant pencil. and we already know it's water- it's blue liquid. we don't need to be told 3 times.
I agree this is not working at all.
I'm pretty sure this logo has been done directly on the computer, in under 10 minutes. Without any much needed research, inspiration and sketching.
