It's pretty and you clearly have some skill with typography.
However, it's around 3 logos for the price of one.

Strong concept but this is more of an ad then a logo no?

yes, this is just a celebration of ten years of a championship swimming, and so the swimmer's arm this forming the number 1 and then the 0 forming 10 years, thank you

Definitely too complex and overcrowded. That TV Tribuna has to go, never have a logo within a logo.

Too many different fonts, even if they're not too bad on their own.

Good idea with the swimmer symbol, but it kinda reads like 70 rather than 1.

Overall, even if this is not really working, it shows you really have a sense for design. So you got that going for you, keep it up.

I don't really know Corel Draw, but I'd switch to Illustrator, though.
