theres too much elements that are not apporting anything, forget about the gradients, the kerning is not correct, it not looks clean. the 3 lines uphead dont tell me nothing. i suggest to change the typography, dont use to Much elements, use two or three colors as much. sketch, sketch and sketch again

It looks like you are trying to design 4 logos all at once on the same page. Less is more buddy, or in this case a lot less is more.

this is pretty bad... On first impressions i would have no desire at all in coming to this company for any design work by looking at this logo. I think that generally you need to have some sort of idea on how to design a logo or create something that looks good before trying to start up a design company. It looks like you have no experience whatsoever

Way too much going on. The gradients are not a pleasant experience... like the 90s are attacking my design sense.
