Studio Q

Hi Guys, I am currently studying design and I hope with your advice to learn more of this beautiful profession

i like the ideeaand headline type. the symbol however i think needs some more work. i did not realise it was a q before reading the brief. also might want to work a little on the typeface of the tagline.
i like the general feel of it though.

I agree with kaosme. The symbol needs work- it is too far removed from the rest of the logo and I don't think anyone would guess that it's a Q without you telling them. You could take the symbol and use it as a stand alone logo, possibly but you'd have to add the Q to the typeface part of the logo. That might be the better idea because you definitely need functionality as well as creativity and appeal. And not to be too picky but you should consider opening the kerning a little more between the t and u.

Thanks Guys, if there is no logo works better but the conditions are color, letter Q and the eye, I dont like the idea of ​​vertical eye but functional as it works better the letter Q but not the eye,I corrected the kerning and looks better now.

Esta es la nueva propuesta, me parece que funciona mucho mejor, excepto por el ojo vertical pero tenemos mejor lectura del conjunto.

i like how the logo look simple, the way you apply the colours, your idea is also good and it looks clean.

the only thing is you need to improve the execution, at the moment the Q looks like a microphone. if you can use a normal "Q" and play with it, i think it will be an improvement.
