i feel myself its not "complete" more looking for suggestions than anything else
Do you really need the box around the logo? I don't like the font it look manually distorted. I know it is about "autobody" but is there a better way to incorporate the car in it? I think you need to do some research and go back to your sketch book.
This really is not working, the silhouette of the car makes everything difficult to read. The typeface is very common and boring.
Incorporate an object within a text is not a good idea. Keep trying. :)
Graphic design 101: never EVER squizz, squash or extend a font. A font is a whole system of sizes and proportions, on which the font designer spent hours upon hours. By randomly altering it, you screw with all that and you wind up with a very messy and non-professional result.
As pointed also, the car silouhette inside the word mark makes the whole thing even more difficult to read and messy.
Pro tip: always start designing your logos on paper. Don't get too attached to your computer....

The age of your account, the location of your first post, and the use of negative space make me... apprehensive to critic this.
But it's not two letters mashed together in a "clever" way. Couldn't be.
::gasp::
