Would you mind commenting in English? It's just that you keep typing in Brazilian on posts from people who are clearly not Brazilian or even Portuguese. Which makes your comments basically useless.
I'm pretty sure Sunil here is from India. Unless he's from Goa, where some people tend to speak Portuguese, I don't think he will understand what you're trying to say.
I agree with Shawali about never using all caps with a script font like you've done here. It's really hard to read and doesn't look very nice either. And I don't think you need the shadow on the font either- it just clutters your logo.
The symbol is nice, I really dig the shape and how it kind of looks like an Egyptian hieroglyph eye BUT I don't think you need the gradient. I think it would be even stronger without it.
All told, you've got a nice symbol there- but the bad font and the gradient (I think) are distracting/taking away from it. I'd take the gradient outta there, fill it with a solid orange or whatever color you want, and pick a nice strong font beneath it without the shadow and put a new version up!
Much like what others have said, you should NEVER use brush script fonts in all caps. Reflections on text are so over, and useless for about 5 years. The gradient in the (not too bad) symbol is also not doing you any favors.
You may be a web designer, but you might want to hire a graphic designer to help you come up with your logo. The two disciplines are different.

The sun/eye symbol looks ok.
The rest doesn't. The font work is atrocious. Brushed fonts never work in all caps.
That reflection effect is useless.
logo tipo muito boa, mas a fonte toda maiúscula fica perdido resto tudo ok ;D

English Ver. very good logo, but the font is all uppercase lost everything else ok ;D
I really love the symbol. you should download some different typography and see which is working better with your idea.
