Professional work mark (for self)
Needed a little more 'serious word mark than my previous more whimsical one.
Here is a combination of modern and old reflecting my approach to design; old ideas used in the context of the modern world.

I think you did a good job capturing your concept. However, the ampersand drew my attention and I couldn't stop looking at it. Perhaps something a bit more recognizable as an ampersand would allow my eye to leave it sooner. Also I think the leading between lines is a little bit large. But i assume this was done to accommodate the large "&". so perhaps 2 birds might be struck down with one stone in this case.
