Brief from client
Create readable, clear and simple logo.
As I was asked, I have removed one of the logo versions, leaved the "short" version. "Expanded" version I will put in next post. Thank You!

Make 2 different post, though, you're supposed to have only one logo at a time.

What is the font for "sweet"?
Nice work! I think your font choices are spot-on.
For both design and usability reasons I'd go with the "since 2004" version. Otherwise you'll have to change the logo every year ;) Also, the lay-out is more balanced which makes the logo flow better.
You might want to create a yet more simplified, stripped-down version by using the same color and font size for "since 2004" and see how that would look.
