This is much better. Color is elegant and this typography style works here.
I think you have a decent solution here.
It's only that heart what makes me think that something doesn't look right.
I think this is the best option out of 3
i really don't like this. the earlier wan was elegant than this. I feel the simplicity is gone which we get on a white background.

Sorry I had to bust you last time.. and I know what you mean about mocking it up.. but it's probably not a good way to work. So, hopefully it helped in the long run.

I think the 'occasion hire' text will probably change to the different parts of the business ie: balloon hire or chair covers. i agree i might be able to enlarge it a touch.
The customer is very happy with the design so the critique had been very helpful, i'll definitely be posting more logos in the future! thanks
