Symbol concept for a consulting company

Hi, guys, i just want some feedback about the symbol. This is not the complete logo, just a concept for the symbol to be used for the logo.

The name of the company comes from the word "idea". Since their activities are related to consulting and communication, I tried to combine the light bulb (as symbol for "idea"), and a speech bubble as a symbol of "communication".
The logo is for their website, which is clean, minimalistic, the colors are flat.
Any critique is welcome, thanks!

I like the concept (even tho I dislike lightbulbs in logos), i think it'd work really well with some refinement.
