The tag line fonts neat to be changed to something clean and simple, that has to much flair to it that it takes a moment to read. Also the spacing needs to be adjusted on the tag line as-well its too cramped.

as for the TAM i feel the T has to much breathing room so i see T AM Loose all the shadows :)

Sorry this is not working for me at all.

The T seems like it's totally outcasted on the left, mainly because you use a font to make the symbol.

The subtext is barely readable, mainly because of the terrible font. And that tracking isn't helping.

A please O please, get rid of the godawful drop shadow effect. I know you want to present your logo nicely, with a little bit of sass and glitter, but just don't. A simple background would be enough.
